Linda Bruton Talley

After high school I enjoyed rearing my children and helping my husband with his ministry. We have worked with Crestview Church here in Waco for thirty years. Currently, Scott works as a community minister and I teach senior English at University High School. We enjoy spoiling our grandchildren whenever possible.

Something made me remember the middle school years when we would have "American Heritage" days. I was thinking about all the elaborate costumes that Juanelle Conard's mother would make for her. It made me smile to think about how we made such a big fuss over her "spats."
